Shown the facility, asked a few questions, given a short test. Was introduced to one of the supervisors who showed me around and interviewed me in a room, also asked whoat I know about the Company.

questions prepared by them, they have a paper in front of you and write& mark as they go. They also give you a short quiz and make you solve questions such as syringe reading
Straight forward interview process where they ask about how you would fit in the role and what you bring to the role; followed by tests to determine how well you can read syringes and find mistakes in data.
