I first reached out to the HR department to discuss the application process and gather information about the role. After our initial conversation, I proceeded to complete an assessment, which comprised four to five distinct themes related to the position. This assessment allowed me to showcase my skills and understanding of the key responsibilities. Once I finished the assessment, I participated in a final meeting at the office where I had the opportunity to engage in further discussions about my qualifications and how I could contribute to the organization. Overall, the experience was thorough and provided me with valuable insights into the company culture and expectations.

The interviewers explained the structure of the team and the company in-depth, and asked meaningful questions to understand my background and my needs. An overall nice conversation with pleasant people that I'm sure create a great environment to work with. While it was not aligned with my personal career goals, for people interested in digital marketing and e-commerce this will be an amazing opportunity.
