      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Slimstock

      Interview

1st round - Online Interview with 2 Consultants The interviewers were quite friendly and the they answered lots of question during my interview. 2nd round - On-Site Presentation with the Director and 2 Consultants Was quite happy when they asked for the On-Site Presentation, which means higher chance that they are serious about my application. Presented my 3 months plan to the team. 3rd round - Online Session with the International Business Development Director Luckily the director was open to adjust and quite flexible with the interview time. Was a 1-on-1 online interview. Had a good session. Generally the vibe was good.

      Interview

I did 2 rounds of phone interviews and a final round of presentation based on a business plan for the next 3 to 6 months. Please note that the business plan was in person though it could have been done via video conferencing. As I was keen, I agreed despite my reservations. Of course at the end of the day, I was told that they preferred someone with supply chain experience even though I was told that my presentation was quite detailed. So I can't help but wonder, if my resume already states clearly that I do not have supply chain experience, why put me thru the interview process? I recall not seeing relevant experience as a prerequisite hence my application. Hence, if you are looking for a job and do not have relevant experience even if it is not explicitly stated on the JD, apply at your own risk.
