      3 rounds - hiring manager, group interview, technical interview, founders. Seemed like they made decisions baed on experience on resume. Eay process. Recruiter screen (30 min) - basic fit, comp expectations Hiring manager (45-60 min) - your experience, their problems, case discussion Cross-functional round (45 min) - meet sales leader or RevOps head, discuss processes Case study or take-home (2-3 hours) - build a dashboard, design a process, solve a GTM problem Final round with exec/founder (30-45 min) - culture, vision alignment, sell you on the role

      Reverse a linked list Find the first non-repeating character in a string Implement a function to detect if a string is a palindrome Design a rate limiter
