First I've had a chat with HR after which I had an extremely friendly chat with the backend developers (Everyone who ever talked to Tobi will understand how friendly that chat can get :) )
I lived 800km from Innsbruck so we decided that I come to the office for a test day.
The company paid for the trip.
When I arrived to the office, I was greet by the CTO Klaus and one of the first things I was told was that the interview is mutual and that they need to make a good impression for me to want to work there.
I was given a simple task to create a firewall (ip whitelist) for a Ruby application. We had a company lunch (someone did cook) and all in all, this was really the friendliest interview I experienced.
I've got an offer to move to Innsbruck which I accepted. The HR (Melina) helped me to find an apartment and I was even gotten help with deposit.
