Discussed about prior academic performance, previous teaching experiences, work hours availability and emphasized the importance of good work attitude and resilience. Also was required to do a trial teaching session for a prospective student.
I applied and they called me down to the office for an interview. The whole process took about a week. The boss was very kind and he accepted me without having a lot of experience in the teaching industry at the point in time.
