I was contacted through email and scheduled an interview for two days later. I arrived and was immediately seated at a table in the corner of the small one-room office, then waited for about 10 minutes until my interviewers were ready. The interview was conducted by the owner and two senior associates. It took about 25 minutes and included the usual questions about education, skills, why I was interested in the position, etc. I interviewed on Thursday and was hired the following day. During the phone call on Friday, the owner told me she was excited to have me join the team, and hoped I would stay on full-time as an Evaluation Associate after I graduated (about 8 months from then). I accepted and was invited to start the next Monday, but waited until the following Monday to start.

I arrived and the team I was interviewing for was still planning the interview in the conference room. I waited in somebody's chair at their desk (I don't know whose) for about 10 minutes while they finished their meeting. The interview was pretty straight-forward. Lasted about 30 minutes. It was with the two team members who I would be joining if I got the job.
