It's was quite good but some questions were difficult. But I give them my response about the question some of class management and some of teaching methodology and salary expections
It is a 1-to-1 interview with the recruiting member and the interview lasts about 20 minutes. It is conducted online. Questions are about your previous experience and understanding of safeguarding.

Phone call- zoom call and then trial. Was quick and simple and got feeedback as soon as possible. They need to check DBS etc before you get to trial and ofc that first shift is paid too.
