I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SmartAcre (Bethlehem, PA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was different than any other interview I've had before. While interviewing for an intern position (now full time), I went through a typical interview with the CEO & VP, but then proceeded to meet everyone in the office. SmartAcre is still a relatively small company, so meeting everyone in the office took about 2ish hours.
This was a great experience because it gave me the opportunity to learn more about the culture and the company as a whole. On the other hand, it can also be very intimidating meeting with so many people.
Overall experience was good, and lets both the interviewer and interviewee make sure that it's a right fit. I would recommend doing research on the company and making sure that you're serious about applying before coming in.

Question 1
Type of interview questions:
- writing sample (or other examples of work)
- questions about values and type of culture you're looking for (important)
- Meet with the majority of the other employees
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SmartAcre (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
All the interviewers were very nice and welcoming. Employees interview 2 or 3 at a time, and you eventually get to talk to all of them. The interview is a two way street: they ask questions and get to know you, but also provide information on their role at the agency and their day-to-day duties.
