Interview process was basic questions and review of resume. Then a more "get to know you" portion asking about outside life and how life work balance matters. An overview of what they do there and what they are looking for in duties, Responding to high amount of tickets for clients and how to handle younger co-workers to motivate them to work rather than having them take days off for non illness.
