Interview
The process was a bit messy. They were looking for a couple of roles to be covered within one and there seemed to be a lack of clear strategic direction.
I was required to take several tests which are screen recorded for transparency including logic, literacy, organisation, etc. In one of the tests I was asked to create a powerpoint that matched another from scratch. This then led to a video interview.
