SmartPoint interview questions

It was the strangest interview process I have ever experienced. We had an initial interview that seemed to go well, and afterward, I received and completed a test. There was no response from their side until three months later when they contacted me for another interview. During that interview, they mentioned that my test was fine and I had done well. Another three months passed without any further information. It was incredibly unprofessional.

Basic interview. 3 step interview: 1st interview with the recruitment manager, 2nd interview with recruitment manager and BTL Project Manager, 3rd interview with the managing partners. Basic questions about past experience, motivation etc. Nothing
