SmartValue interview questions

They are just pathetic and unprofessional. Called me for 3 times for in person interview. On the first day the lady HR took my interview and call me for next round with Director next day. On the next day I had waited up to 3 hours and then she told me that her director is not in office, she will provide me the feedback. After 10 days she again call me and ask me to came again. When I reach there she asked me to wait and one another person took my interview, he didn't ask any questions appropriately and related to my experience. And after that he told me to wait, again she called me from inside the office on my cell and told me that you can leave for the day I will provide you feedback. I asked him politely that my interview has been scheduled with director and she told that he is not there, so I simply asked then why you called me. They have no Ethicates and value of others time. My request to management that if possible change your interview pattern.
