We have a phone interview to determine if the role is a right fit, then an in-person interview, then a personality and IQ test. I interviewed with the CEO and the VP of Business Development, but you would also interview with a manager of the corresponding department.

Interviewed with the CEO and VP of Business Development and had 2 interviews total. One was a phone screening and one was an in person interview. Overall it was a pretty seamless experience.
