The process took about 3 weeks.There was 2 phone interviews. One phone interview with smartlink and than another phone interview with the actual company. If you pass both phone interviews you will get the chance to do the face to face interview with the hiring manager at the company they set you up with. Overall, a long process but well worth it for entry level position.
