Interview
It is extensive but enjoyable. From hiring manager to Director every step was designed to test different areas of expertise. 3rd interview included a home task which was an open ended task and I had to present my response to a panel of two senior designers.

each interviewer had different perspective from conceptualisation to discovery to design and delivery. some basic questions included how did you handle conflict? how did you approach the problem? what tools did you use to implement specific areas?
