      I applied online. I interviewed at Smartrr in Aug 2023

      My initial interview was rescheduled 4x for the first round. This should have immediately been a red flag for me but I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt since it was in the middle of the summer and people were taking their summer vacations. The interviewer seemed very disorganized as she was unable to find a conference room for our 4th rescheduled call that I booked a week in advance. We finally had our phone interview and it was average. She said I should hear back from her the end of the week. End of the week comes around nothing. I follow up on Monday the following week and nothing. Finally, I get a rejection email the next day which is a relief. I agree with the other reviewer, it was a dehumanizing experience. No one wants to work for a company that treats people like they're disposable.
