Interview
Met with the internal recruiter who was friendly. The interview was more superficial and I felt I wasn't able to get into the details of my resume for her to even determine whether I was a good match or not. I was left hanging for days at a time when trying to coordinate an interview date and also for more than a week after the interview it was silent after being told that they would let me know in a couple of days if I would move forward or not. It seemed they did not know who or what they wanted for the position. Out of curiosity I recently checked their careers page and this position was still open - 4 months!
