Communication with the company was professional. SVP of the company had reached out through an alumni network and we connected well. The manager for the position met with me for 2 hrs for an 1:1. He arrived a bit late and we had an ok meeting. The group of folks I interviewed with was, however, a bit disorganized. Despite being on the schedule at the start of the day, I didn't meet the HR person at all and the manager for the position I interviewed with showed up late. In a bizarre premeditated move, one of the interviewers feigned annoyance at my resume and threatened to tear it in front of me. And then asked if she should indeed go ahead to trash my resume or talk to me. Altogether it was a tepid experience.
