I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew (Memphis, TN) in May 2019
Interview
Basic interview. Job title was really deceiving. They wanted a traveling auditor. Interviewer was a nice older gentleman. They asked about my driving history and what not. Honestly thought I was overqualified but I didn’t receive a job offer
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2019
Interview
The initial agent that contacted me was very courteous and professional, however it would've been nice to have an interview to review. Instead I have multiple emails from a completely different "Talent Acquisition Coordinator" that could not confirm a solid interview time before the date of the actual interview (which she also gave me incorrect info for). After changing the interview time for the 3rd time, I ended up just canceling.
A little advice: I HIGHLY recommend doing a more extensive hiring process FOR YOUR OWN Talent Acquisition Dept. because judging from this experience alone, I'm sure you're losing out on a lot of potentially great new hires.

Question 1
What time works best for you? On Wednesday August 1st? (Which is not the 1st, it's the 31st)
