The interview was fairly easy. On Zoom, I was asked about my educational background, past employers, and what digital tools I was confident with. I asked a lot of questions about the positions that were open (I had applied for more than one) and what the workload looked like. Afterwards, I was sent an example of a survey and asked to parse it and jot down any notes I might have had. My interviewer was very low-pressure, and assured me it wasn't a test (though I'm sure it was, to some extent).
Several weeks later I was asked to attend a second Zoom interview with several team members this time, where they told me more about the company and each department, and I was asked to talk about myself again. I think at this point they had already known they were going to send me an offer.
