      Anonymous Interview

      Nov 20, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Culver City, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SnackNation (Culver City, CA) in Nov 2018

      Interview

Very long process that is inconsiderate to the interviewer's time and efforts. The recruiter, while knowledgeable, does not communicate concisely and ignores requests for updates. I was contacted initially by the recruiter, she then scheduled a call for the following week. Right before our call she rescheduled to the following week. Then I had a phone interview with the recruiting manager that led to an onsite interview. The onsite interview was rescheduled four times!!!! I had to continue to move my schedule around as I was told the interview was one day, then they asked my availability for a different day. When I confirmed the "final" other date, I was sent an email with another day that was not discussed previously. I went in for an 2.5 hour interview and didn't hear back after a week. I followed up with the recruiter and hiring manager and received no response. Then the following week I receive a phone call from the recruiter with a voice mail left saying, "I wanted to catch you on the phone and give you feedback. We are inviting two other candidates for the final stage. I'll follow up via email as well since we did not get to connect." I was beyond confused, was I advancing to the next stage? So I follow up with an email, and again no response.
