Very casual first interview. Talked to a hiring manager over the phone. The first question he asked me was "What are your plans for this weekend?" It definitely was a question I wasn't expecting but definitely set the tone.

The initial interview was very casual. None of the standard interview questions like “name a time when you did this...”. They did a really good job of avoiding that.
