I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snaptech Marketing
Interview
I applied online and had an initial Phone call with the COO about my background and why I was looking to make a move. This was followed by a Skype Chat (I wasn't based in Canada at the time) with the COO and one of the co-founders to discuss my work and the role in more detail.

Question 1
Both Interviews were largely structured around my overall experience in digital marketing and my personal approach to a project.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snaptech Marketing (Burnaby, BC) in Feb 2018
Interview
I interviewed for the Account Director position at Snaptech in February of 2018. I found the interviewers very accommodating for my schedule, as I was currently employed elsewhere at the time I was interviewing.
Emails were responded to quickly and the actual process itself was as pleasant as an interview could be! They first asked how much time I had, which was appreciated (as mentioned before I was taking time away from work to be there), and I sat down with two interviewers.
They asked the typical interview questions, experience and management questions as this was a senior role, and seemed very interested in fit which is always a sign of a positive culture. I was pleasantly surprised that I got 1:1 time with an existing account manager to "ask anything" I had on my mind. While I'm sure she was gauging fit, I found her answers to be genuine and honest and ultimately her openness was what really sold me on the position.
Overall it was a really good 2.5-3 hour experience (they asked how much time I had and I did say 3 hours, and I'm glad they took the time to be so thorough) where I had the option to ask questions of my interviewers as well.
