The interview process overall was pleasant, albeit disorganised. I had an initial chat with the recruiter, who then sent me a take home test to complete. I completed the test and was then invited for a technical interview. This interview was re-scheduled twice as the front end engineer who was supposed to interview me couldn't make it. The interview eventually took place, without the front end lead. I had a separate interview with him a few days later. They were happy with my technical knowledge and I then had a final interview with Simon (head of people). Then radio silence. The final interview was on a Monday. I was told I would receive feedback by the end of the week. The following week I messaged the recruiter. She eventually came back to me 2 weeks later saying I would receive feedback before the June bank holiday weekend, latest Monday. Another week went by and still nothing. I sent another message to the recruiter and am still waiting for a response. It ended up being a complete waste of my time and theirs.
