Interview process was very straight forward. HR department was on top of everything during the entire process. As with most companies, they showed interest in behavioral style questions. There were several steps during the interview process beginning with a phone screen, a multiple choice behavioral style survey, and a panel interview.
Started with a phone screening call and they never got back to me. Asked me a lot about abilities and how flexible my class schedules are. Had some weird questions about why I chose my major.
They gave me a phone screen. Asked some basic questions about availability and mobility in the summer. They stressed the importance of having a car. They also conducted a Resume walkthrough.
Short phone interview to get the logisitics for the actual interview. The interview was held over Microsoft Teams and was purely behavioral questions. There was not more than 5 questions and plenty of time for questions after.
