Interview
Simple questions, all behavioral. All interviewers are provided a template questionnaire from HR and comment and rate based on the guidelines provided. 3 person panel interview. As an internal employee, if you knew the panel, and hiring manager, job was more than likely yours. No challenging questions to weed out those without technical knowledge of job responsibilities. Interview purely a discovery session to determine if your personality matches with the team.

lots of questions. most where basic and related to how you deal wiht issues in the workplace and how you wokr with others. there was one technical question asking how NG is transmitted from reservoirs to houses.
