Standard more technical and require knowledge of preflight briefings. Koushik was the CFI at the time of my employment and he chellenged me in the flight sequence. They require you to do raa instructor qualification but I have heard that is not the process anymore

Know your MOS61, be confident and don't bulshit when you are delivering a brief. Be before time. Give creative examples during brief, keep the interviewer engaged by asking questions and using their answer as a lead in to discussion or topic.
