Two initial phone conversations. The first is with the Senior Manager of People & Culture and this conversation will last about 1/2 hour. The questions were general + broad about the resume. They were super friendly (uplifting even) and they let me know that there would be a follow up screening call with a hiring manager and from there there would be two panel interviews where 3 others would be present and the process would last up to an hour.
