I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Social Impact (Washington, DC) in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied and got an email to answer a couple of questions including salary requirements and interview availability. The recruiters were prompt in responding. The interview was relaxed but the ladies looked intimidated by my experience for the position.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Social Impact (Arlington, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I don't want to add too much detail. Interview went great. They asked me questions and I answered as part of the team. They sent me follow up questions through email, I thought This was a good sign since I nailed the interview. Bottom line is that they used me for free consultation. Later I had to follow up with them since they didn't follow up with me in regards to the position. Very unprofessional.
