Social Lab Interview Questions

it was almost personal on the approach, questions built around my experience. then they explained in a simple way the functioning of the team, and consequently the work. At the end, we went through a study case to test my familiarity with certain subjects mentioned with my research.

- Submit CV and got invited to a face to face interview after 2 weeks. The employer was slow at responding to emails but got referred by a friend.

Was interviewed by 3 heads of department. The process was quite intense. It seemed to be more about catching me out then assessing the suitability of my skill set. I was a bit unsure as to whether I would accept but subsequently the team reached out to me and made me feel welcome.

2 Rounds of In-Person / Skype Interview. Interviewed with this one Account Manager. She was one of the most arrogant and unprofessional people I have ever talked with. Keep in mind that Social Lab is NOT Ogilvy. Although they're a part of it, their culture and team is NOTHING like it. The only positive experience was with their HR who was actually from Ogilvy.

The interview itself was easy, but getting the interview was another story... took months to receive an interview offer and when I did have my interview I was left waiting in the foyer for almost an hour waiting to be seen due to "internal problems". It then took almost a month for them to get back to me after initially saying I would receive a response in a week.
