Interview
It took follow-up with the hiring staff at every level just to move to the next step and it stretched the process out for as long as possible. My biggest complaint was that after a phone interview, a personality test, two in-person interviews (on separate days, mind you, so I had to take two days off of work), and being assured that I would be informed of the result either way, I never heard from them again. It's super unprofessional to string someone along for a month and then never respond to follow-up emails. Even a form response of "we decided to go in a different direction" would've been better than literally nothing.

Interview
It took awhile to schedule the interview. I initially applied around six months before I got an interview. I really enjoyed speaking with the interviewer who was the Director of Membership & Community. She was kind and seemed like a good manager.
