Interview process was pretty thorough. Mostly based on WordPress and less on soft skills. Interviewers were very polite and seemed knowledgable on the subject. I didn't get a follow up as to how I did, but overall it wasn't a negative experience. It would have been nice if they took the time to follow up on the interview. Seems like the departments know little about each other's duties and everyone works independently.
