1) Contacted an experienced recruiter in late October 2015,
2) Interviewed in early November 2015 - basic meetup session with run of mill interview questions,
3) Mid-Nov met with local office head and Recruitment Manager: both had neither reviewed my profile nor taken any pointers from the first interview with their office colleague.
4) Above interviewers were uncertain about the upcoming market conditions and if there was a need to increase headcount.
Hence, could not offer a competitive salary and commission, I did not follow-up
