Long interview process , to be completed on their in house too, which is very buggy. Confusing ideas are given out during every stage.. assignments have 8 hours lengths . Does not make sense

Giving some assignment and you have to complete it in the time that they give and after that they review it and you will have a interview with GM. For getting assignment you will have a interview, there they are cheking your knowldege for CAD.
