The interviewer did not ask about my name, experience, project, or anything.He just started with the question. Not even the "hi , Hello".

In the first round, asked me to write a program in javascript and jquery, outdated things which I was not working on. same question for 2 years experience and 12 years Manager role. I never had this kind of bad experience. The expected skill sets are Azure and .Net core but there was no question on that. It's kind of competing with 3 years developer who is working on the architect level.
