I had direct contact through email with the owner. I scheduled a phone interview that he was 1 hour and 40 minutes late to with no real explanation that he's been busy. The next day I went in and had an in person interview. It was less about the position and more about how awesome they are with the owner. I was able to meet with a few others and basically got completely different answers than what the owner told me. BIG RED FLAGS. Plus I was told how they handle social media accounts and it's probably one of the most archaic ways of handling social media. They clearly don't understand the concept. It's a a so called technology company that just happens to do social media, it's just a novlety that they can offer potiential clients to sweeten the pot for their touch screen technology. If you are in social media/digital marketing this is your warning, STAY AWAY!!!
