      Senior Salesforce Developer Interview

      May 8, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Solvo Global

      Interview

I went through a structured interview process – first with a developer from Solvo, then with a developer from another consulting firm, and finally with a client representative. I passed all interviews and received positive feedback. After that, I was explicitly told the contract was confirmed, with only minor administrative steps pending. Not only that – I was also given an estimated start date, reinforcing the idea that the role was secured. Trusting that confirmation, I made a major life decision – I left my job and paused other hiring processes, fully committed to starting with Solvo. Then, everything fell apart. Despite being assured that the role was secured and a start date was given, I was left completely in the dark. No follow-up, no clarity, no one taking responsibility. Meanwhile, I started getting messages from multiple people at Solvo, each one asking if I had any news or if someone else had contacted me. It was obvious that nobody knew what was happening, and I was stuck in limbo. Weeks later, when they finally reached out, it was with a casual, emoji-filled message about a “new opportunity” – as if the original offer, the confirmation, and the start date never existed. No apology, no explanation, just a complete reset. I acted on their confirmation, only to be treated as if I had imagined the whole thing. Solvo’s lack of coordination and responsibility not only cost me real job opportunities but also exposed a disturbing disregard for candidates. If they can mismanage a confirmed offer this badly, what does that say about how they handle actual employees?

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

None. The process was supposedly completed, confirmed, and given a start date, but they acted like it never happened.
