The interview process consisted of an HR screen, a couple of meetings with the hiring manager, 5x45min 1:1 interviews and a simulation before moving to offer stage.
I especially enjoyed the 1:1 interviews as they were very conversational and gave me an opportunity to meet with key decision makers, such as the CEO, CTO, and Product.
The process felt a little on the lengthy side, but gave both sides opportunity to dig deeper and solidify the relationship.
