I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Somewhere
Interview
I was asked a few questions via email then I received a Google Meet link for a virtual interview. The message that came with the link says, "Thanks for confirming your availability for your scheduled client interview via video call on Google Meets." but I was never asked if I was available on that date and time, and the client was already CCd on the Google Meet link. It was just a message they included in the email to make it seem like I accepted the invitation. They wanted the client to assume I agreed to it. It was very unprofessional. Then after the client interview, the client offered me the job and we agreed on the salary and start date. A week later, I was asking for confirmation and followed up on the contract and instructions in preparation for my first day. The client stopped responding and only after another message and an email did they reply that the client changed his mind. Apparently they found someone who's willing to accept a lower salary and used my availability as an excuse. They didn't even intend to tell me they changed their minds and only after I sent them several messages did they bother to reply. Again, very unprofessional.

The interview process was smooth and well coordinated. Timely updates are provided and recruiters have ensured there is a proper communication all throughout the process. Overall a positive experience and not that difficult at all.
