I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Somewhere in Sep 2025
Interview
It was really fast and effective. There was some miscommunication about salary, but that was quickly solved. Brooke was really helpful with everything and she kept everything very clear. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Somewhere (Buenos Aires) in Jun 2025
Interview
Before making it to an screening interview with one of the Senior Recruiters, I had to answer some questions for them to be sure I was a fit to the role, the questions were focused specifically on my skills and job experiences. Once completed, I was invited to an initial interview where I got more context about the role I was applying and the client, this call is for assessment and endorsement to be presented to the client.
I was moved to the next phase, which was meeting with the client. The email communication is good, even thought you don't have much vissibility into the status of your application, the recruiters are always available to answer any questions. It's important to mention that a video presentation of yourself is needed before talking to the client, with the answers you shared on the assessment and the recruiter recommendation, they prepare an Intro Package to be shared with the Hiring Manager. If approved/confirmed a fit, you'll moved to the next round.
It was a good experience with Somewhere.
