Three people asking questions and writing down the answers, very impersonal and hard to engage with. Regardless of how well ,or not well, does the interview go, an employer should at least notify all interviewers of the outcome of their job application. Up to date, I have not received any information on my application outcome (it's been 3 weeks now), not my phone or email. This gives me an indication of what sort of company Sonder is and I am actually not feeling sad for not getting the job.
