Interview
My interview experience was simple and straight forward. I interacted with the product manager who was easy to approach. It was easy to be yourself, show your strengths, and showcase your product thinking. The process was pretty similar to the other start up tech companies. You start with a phone screening, video call / hangouts with the product manager and CEO, and then an onsite with the team. I provided my portfolio, a 3 month plan, and an app critique.

Interview
I was referred by an employee, and contacted by the product manager to get on their TestFlight beta channel and schedule a phone screen. At the end of our call I was told that they were interested in hiring me but wanted to see more, then invited me to an on-site interview to be scheduled at a later date. Six days after that call, I received in email telling me my on-site interview invitation had been rescinded.
