1. Initial Screening Interview (Video Call):
The first stage was a virtual screening interview conducted via video call. The recruiter discussed my background, previous administrative and analytical experience, and my motivation for joining Sony. I was asked behavioral and situational questions focused on organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving—key traits for an Admin Analyst. This stage also gave me the opportunity to learn more about the team, the day-to-day responsibilities, and Sony’s expectations for the role.
2. Interview with Excel Assessment (30 Minutes):
Following the screening, I was invited to a second video interview with the hiring team. This session included a deeper discussion of my past experiences, how I manage data-driven tasks, and how I collaborate across teams—especially relevant for an analyst supporting administrative operations.
