Sony Pictures Home Entertainment interview questions

First there was an interview screening with someone from HR, I believe a recruiter. Then there was a 1:1 with the hiring manager, another 1:1 with another manager at the same level, and a 1:1 with the director (although a VP joined that as well). I started the process before I moved so the initial conversations were on the phone and then I had in person conversations as soon as I moved.

It was great, the entire evaluation process was streamlined and well-organized. There were 4 technical rounds and one job talk. Each round was 30 mins to 1 hr. Half of the process was focused to judge technical knowledge and half was to test the coding skill. Interviewers want you to succeed.
