The management proactively organized interviews. Subsequent to the interview, I was informed about openings in alternative roles and was offered a position (I confirmed whether another interview was required, and the administrative department assured it wasn't necessary). However, when I sought to discuss my compensation, they merely glanced at my inquiry and then unexpectedly informed me of the necessity for another interview. Upon my inquiry the following day, I was informed that the position had already been filled. I must say, these inexperienced and unresponsive individuals are simply squandering people's time. Everyone has the entitlement to address salary matters with the company.
