Commercial/Expansion Manager aplication, submited through an internet add. About three weeks after i apllied, i got a call asking for us to meet in one of their offices, where i´ve met with the CEO and another person from the commercial department. The meeting lasted for almost an hour, and in the end i´ve been told that they had other persons to interview, but i´d hear from them again. A couple of weeks later i´ve contaced again, asking to attend to another meeting, this time in Lisbon, to which i was considering not to go, since i lived in Porto and it? more than 300km away, but, at the end, i´ve decided to give it a shot. In this meeting i´ve met with the whole board (3 persons), and the conversation lasted for almost 2 hours. At the end, they´ve told me that the decison would me made in a week time, and that at that moment only two candidates were running for the position, and i was one of them. They´ve finally contacted me after 8 or 9 days, saying that i was in a better position to get the job and asked me about my expectations regarding the conditions (salary, benefits, etc).
