The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Soroco (New York, NY)
Interview
They called for a face to face interview. They gave me a few assignments. Till evening, I worked on them and submitted them. They were happy with my PPT slides and other documents.
During presentation, that guy asked me I didn't come in full formals? I told him that I checked with your HR about the dress code. They said business casuals are allowed. Then he asked me why I didn't clean shave? I had trimmed in the morning but still he didn't want to hire me. Then he asked me to send all the assignments through email. I am sure that they will use my slides in ppts. Basically, they get work done for free. They didn't issue refund too.
It's an old fashioned company masked as a startup. There are better startups in India.

The interview comprised of a panel interview, presentation of materials completed in the assessment, and a long conversation with the CEO about strengths, skills, interests, and where the company was going. Everyone was professional and kind through the process.
