I applied online. I interviewed at Sorting Robotics
Interview
Extremely rude interview. Did not inform ahead of time that it would be a technical interview, phrased it as an intro and a chance to get to learn about the role. The interviewer said that I will ask you three questions, and if your answer to the first one is not satisfactory, I'll just end the interview at once and save both of our time. And that's what ended up happening as well. The question was unrelated to the role, unclear, and it seemed like it had been made up on the spot. The interviewer was aggressive and talked down to me throughout the call.

Interview
Spoke with one of the founders. It sounded like they wanted 1 person for 2 people job. The conversation was haywire and lacked structure. This was a screening call and he talked about the upcoming process which involved creating your own project and presenting it to the company.
