Uncoordinated interview process with long gaps between communication and having trouble with feedback and responses from their HR. I met them for 3 rounds and felt like they were just gathering information from me and not interviewing me for an actual role. It worked out since I heard that they already axed all their support functions a few weeks later so I withdrew my candidacy and took another role.
